Our Admissions Process

  • Prospective families are invited to tour the school. Please request a tour of our Glen Spey (primary) or Hurleyville (secondary) campuses.

  • Interested families should submit an application for their child and provide requested documents. The application fee is $50. See below for important dates.

  • A student visit to attend a day of classes may be requested—especially for older applicants. Families of Early Childhood applicants are invited on campus for a 20 minute orientation to school culture while their child spends a short amount of time in a classroom.

  • Upon successfully completing necessary tours and student visits, admissions will contact each family with an invitation to complete the enrollment forms. Forms are completed through “FACTS”. The enrollment fee is $100.

  • Limited tuition assistance is available to current and incoming families based on financial need. Please complete the financial aid and scholarship application through the “FACTS” portal for each student.

  • Upon successfully completing your students enrollment forms and any additional document requests, the admissions team will confirm a start date to begin their journey at Homestead!

Important Admission Dates

Jan 1

  • Applications portal for new families opens.

  • Re-enrollment opens for current families.

  • Online applications open for scholarships or financial aid for your family through FACTS.

Feb 15

  • The application deadline for first round decisions on financial aid and scholarships. Applications received after February 15th will be considered on a rolling basis however families who apply by February 15th will be considered in the first round of financial aid decisions.

  • Current enrolled families who wish to re-enroll, need to submit their re-enrollment forms through FACTS by February 15th.

March 31

  • A $1,000 non-refundable tuition deposit is due by March 31st to hold your child’s spot. For families enrolling after March 31, deposit is due upon enrollment.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is my application due?

Application materials for the next school year should be submitted by March 1st for first-round decisions. Early applicants will be at an advantage, and therefore, we recommend that families begin the process as soon as possible. Applications are only due for new families.

As a currently enrolled Homestead family, do I need to re-apply?

No. All current families will be sent re-enrollment instructions in January (using FACTS) and should not apply through the website.

Do you accept applications after March 1st?

We will continue to accept and review applications that are received after March 1st, provided spaces are still available in the requested program.

Do you offer discounts or financial aid?

We offer financial assistance. Please refer to our  Scholarship & Financial Aid page for more detail.

Do you have a waiting list?

Early applicants will be at an advantage and therefore, we recommend that families begin the process as soon as possible. Once classrooms are full, applicants will be placed on a waiting list and notified if a space becomes available.

How much is tuition?

Our tuition schedule is competitive. The individual cost depends on your child’s age and whether they attend part-time or full-time.
