Samir Abukhodair
Samir Abukhodair holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science in Teaching from SUNY Potsdam. After more than a decade in engineering and tech consulting, he shifted his focus to education, bringing with him a systems mindset and a passion for applied, hands-on learning. At CCHS, he guides math and science programs that connect Algebra, Geometry, and Physics with interdisciplinary projects like Regenerative Planetary Studies.
Samir’s approach emphasizes compassion, sustainability, and authentic connection. His teaching blends STEM foundations with creativity, environmental awareness, and real-world problem solving, helping students develop curiosity, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Beyond the classroom, he continues this work through the Creatures Of network, which integrates education, consulting, building, and wellness initiatives around the shared goal of fostering resilience and purpose in both people and communities.
